Checks / troubleshooting:
• Check connection
between control
board and main
board.
• Check if the green
LED on control
board is lit.
• Check if the red
LED on control
board is blinking.

Recommended actions:
• Reconnect control
board and main
board. Otherwise,
replace the cable
connecting control
board and main
board.
• If the green LED on
control board is off
after the power is
turned on, replace
the control board.
• If the red LED is
blinking and there is
no problem at
connection between
control board and
main board, try to
reinstall firmware.
• If the red LED is
off, perform the
following
procedures.
1. Turn off the power,
then switch the DIP
switch as follows:
1: ON
2: ON
3: ON
4: OFF
2. Start the board
manager mode.
3. Reinstall firmware.
4. Turn off the power,
then switch the DIP
switch as follows:
1: ON
2: OFF
3: ON
4: OFF
5. Turn on the power,
then check if the red
LED is blinking.
