Checks / troubleshooting:
1. CR FFC’s connection may be faulty or it may be
damaged.
2. CR board Assy may be malfunctioning.
3. MAIN board Assy may be malfunctioning.

Recommended actions:
1. Restart the printer to see if the same error
still occurs
2. Check the connection of CR FFC.
3. Replace CR FFC.
4. Replace CR board Assy .
5. Replace MAIN board Assy .
