Checks / troubleshooting:
1. CR FFC’s connection may be faulty or it may
be damaged.
2. CR board Assy may be malfunctioning.
3. MAIN board Assy may be malfunctioning.

Recommended actions:
1. Make sure to connect thermistor connector
securely.
2. Replace Thermistor.
3. Replace HEATER CONT board Assy.
1. Restart the printer to see if the same error
still occurs.

3. Replace CR FFC.
4. Replace CR board Assy.
5. Replace MAIN board Assy.
