Checks / troubleshooting:
1. Check AC power supply and printer
peripherals.
2. Check whether the same error occurs. Even
when there is no problem, turn off the printer
and turn it back on a few times to check.
3. Check if the firmware is the latest one.
4. Check the serial number of the printer.
5. MAIN board Assy may be damaged.

Recommended actions:
• Contact your local MUTOH dealer.
• Replace MAIN board Assy.
