Checks / troubleshooting:
1. Check if Solenoid at media detection
area is operating properly when
detecting media thickness.
2. Check connection of Media thickness
detection solenoid relay connector.
3. Check connection of Media thickness
detection sensor connector.
4. Check connection of CR_FFC.
5. Media thickness detection sensor may
be malfunctioning.
6. CR_FFC may be damaged.
7. CR board may be damaged.
8. MAIN board may be damaged.

Recommended actions:
If it is malfunctioning, replace Media
thickness detection solenoid.
