Checks / troubleshooting:
1. Are Ink cartridges used dedicated ink
cartridges?
2. Is message displayed after turning off
printer and turning it back on?
3. Check if there are ink cartridges in self-
diagnosis function to see if ink cartridge
displayed is same one with error.

Recommended actions:
Instruct user to use dedicated ink
cartridges.
