Checks / troubleshooting:
Check AC power supply and printer peripherals.
Check whether same error occurs. Even when there is
no problem, turn off printer and turn it back on a few
times to check.
Check if firmware is latest one.
Check serial number of printer.
MAIN board may be damaged.

Recommended actions:
Replace MAIN
board.
