Checks / troubleshooting:
Check ink in ink cartridge.
Check ink cartridge with no ink in self-
diagnosis function to see if ink cartridge
displayed is same one with error.
Check connection of I/C Cables.
Check connection of JUNC_ID Cable.
Check connection of JUNC_FFC/
Is there ink leakage or bleeding around
connection area of Ink tube?
I/C cable may be damaged.
JUNC_ID cable may be damaged.
JUNC_FFC may be damaged.
MAIN board may be damaged.

Recommended actions:
Replace ink cartridge when there is no
ink.
If there is sufficient amount of ink, refer to
check item 2.
