Checks / troubleshooting:
1. Is the media loaded outside the printing range
(not placed in the center or the width is smaller
than the minimum width)?
2. Does the media in use have low reflectance?
3. Are there taint or any foreign substances on
the surface of Platen and paper edge sensor?
4. Is Paper edge sensor securely installed?
5. Is Platen non-reflecting tape damaged?
6. Is P Rear sensor connected properly?
7. Is the sensitivity of the p edge sensor
appropriate?
8. The p edge sensor may be malfunction.
9. Is CR_FFC obliquely inserted?
10. CR_FFC may be malfunction.
11. CR board may be malfunction.
12. MAIN board may be malfunction.

Recommended actions:
Instruct the user how to load media.
