Checks / troubleshooting:
1. Check error record in [Test : Record] in self-
diagnosis function.
2. Set endurance time to more than 50 times in
[Life: PF Motor] in self-diagnosis function to
see if any errors related to PF motor such as
[PF motor error] occurs.
3. Check [Encoder: PF] in [Check: Test] –
[Test: Encoder] in self-diagnosis function.
• Turn PF connecting axle by hand and see
if value displayed on panel changes as
follows.
• Front feed direction: Increase
• Back feed direction: Decrease
4. PF encoder may be damaged.
5. PF encoder may be damaged.
6. MAIN board may be damaged.

Recommended actions:
Check connection of following connectors of
MAIN board.
• PF motor cable connector
• PF_ENC connector:
• Connector that is connecting PF
motor and PF motor relay
• Replace PF encoder.
• If Main power board is damaged, replace
it.
• Replace PF motor.
• Replace MAIN board.
