Checks / troubleshooting:
1. Is media loaded outside printing range (not
placed in center or width is smaller than
minimum width)?
2. Is P EDGE Sensor securely installed?
3. Are there taint or any foreign substances on
surface of Platen and P EDGE Sensor?
4. Is cable of P EDGE Sensor connected
securely?
5. Is cable of P Rear Sensor connected
securely?
6. Check sensitivity of sensor in [Sen :
EdgeAD] in self-diagnosis function.
7. Does media in use have low reflectance?
8. Is CR_FFC obliquely inserted?
9. P_EDGE sensor may be damaged.
10. CR_FFC may be damaged.
11. CR board may be damaged.
12. MAIN board may be damaged.

Recommended actions:
Instruct user how to load media.
