Checks / troubleshooting:
1. Are Ink cartridges used dedicated ink
cartridges?
2. Is message displayed after turning off printer
and turning it back on?
3. Check if there are ink cartridges in self-
diagnosis function to see if ink cartridge
displayed is same one with error.
4. Check connection of connector of I/C cable.
5. Check connection of JUNC_ID cable.
6. Check connection of JUNC_FFC.
7. At connection point of ink tubes, ink leakage,
or bleeding did not occur?
8. I/C cable may be damaged.

Recommended actions:
Instruct user to use dedicated ink cartridges.
